We have partnered with Safewill, Australia’s leading online Will writing platform, as they provide a secure and easy way to write a Will online, something we are often asked about by our supporters.

How does it work?
- Complete the simple questionnaire, prepared by Australian lawyers, from your phone or computer whenever suits you.
- Submit your Will for review. Safewill Legal ensures it has been filled out correctly and flags any issues.
- Print the document and follow the instructions to sign
If your situation changes you can make unlimited updates with Safewill for free for a full year. Every update is reviewed by a qualified Australian lawyer. The security of your data is Safewill’s highest priority and is encrypted at all times.
You’ll come across the option to leave a charitable gift if you wish, but this is entirely up to you. For example, just 1% or your estate could fund exciting research to benefit future generations suffering from heart disease. We hope that you will consider a gift to Heart Research Australia. If you prefer not to you’ll still be able to create your Will for FREE as we think it is important for all Australians to have a Will to look after those you love.
