The Heart Research Australia Heart Health Club team invite you to join our
Tea with the experts webinar
Tuesday 28th September, 11:30am (Sydney time)
Why is Cardiac Rehab important and how do we manage it in these COVID times?
Cardiac Rehab can reduce hospital readmissions and death within the first year after a coronary event by as much as 56% and 30% respectively.*
Cardiac rehabilitation is a program of exercise and information sessions to help you get back on your feet again after a heart attack, heart surgery or procedure.
Our wonderful ambassador and webinar host Chris Russell will be talking with Ann Kirkness and Maura Farrell from the Cardiac Rehab team at Royal North Shore Hospital about Cardiac Rehab and how it can be managed in these challenging times. If you would like to learn more about Cardiac Rehab before the webinar to prepare your questions click here.
