Why are healthy people with no risk factors having heart attacks?

We’ll be talking with Professor Gemma Figtree about her latest research and the results from her SWEDEHEART study.

Professor Gemma Figtree has recently found through her research that patients who had no traditional cardiovascular risk factors were almost 50 per cent more likely to die 30 days after a heart attack than people with these traditional risk factors. The impact was even worse for women.
