Apricot nut muffins
Ingredients
1 cup self-raising flour
1⁄2 cup sugar
1 cup of bran
1 tablespoon melted spread
200 g tub low-fat natural yoghurt
1 cup nuts/sunflower seeds/apricots
1 tablespoon skim milk
Method
Preheat oven to 180° Celsius.
- With a wooden spoon, mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Divide into muffin trays lined with paper cups.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
